In service to individual and collective rebirth
through psychic integration

"Acknowledge the grief we are experiencing. Hold it in your hands. Show it to each other. Give it grace and treat it gently. It's time for us to come together using the power we know we have as individuals and the collective to begin healing in our bodies, our energies, our words, our lineage, keeping the connections we have with each other and with the Creator, and learning the ways to heal ourselves and each other."
Channeled Wisdom · Archangel Gabriel

Hi, my name is Kelly. I'm a psychic medium and so are you.

Your body isn't the obstacle — it's the portal.

Sometimes we, as human beings having a human experience, want to bypass the physical because it is difficult and nuanced and requires routines, rituals, and care that take intention and energy to initiate. It also requires sustained effort over time, and if you haven't developed that muscle, let's be honest — it's hard work.

Depending on the body we inhabit, this can also be fraught with systemic influences that are beyond our control, leaving us feeling powerless.

It can feel like bypassing the physical realignment of our bodies is the easiest thing to do — let's go straight into the energetic and spiritual realm to receive the love, care, connection, and validation we want and need.

But… our soul and spirit's evolution is intimately and irrefutably connected to this physical realm. Eventually, we will have to attune to the body to fully experience connection with ourselves, others, the Earth, and Source energy.

I'm here to help you understand what blocks your intuition, why these blocks exist in the first place, and to find pathways of integration of your physical, energetic and quantum bodies in a way that allows you unrestricted access to your full psychic wisdom.

What do you mean by energetic and quantum bodies?

The Church says: The body is a sin.
Science says: The body is a machine.
Advertising says: The body is a business.
The body says: I am a fiesta.

About the Work

The Work I've Done

As a medium, psychic, and channeler, I receive information through clairaudience, claircognizance, clairvoyance, clairsentience, psychometry, remote viewing, alternate timelines, and through my connections to Source, the Archangels, my ancestors, and other beings in other timespaces.

This information, along with the Somatic Experiencing modality — I am a trained Somatic Experiencing Practitioner — has helped people clear ancestral trauma, lineage disruptions, energetic cording from people, places, things, and events, physical illness, addiction, developmental and event specific trauma, phobias, and other conditions that we have learned how to work around and accommodate so we can move through our lives.

I've worked with hundreds of clients and helped them change their lives permanently and profoundly for the better. People have come out of this work into a healthier, more powerful, more joyful, more present, and more authentic way of being.

The Work — Thirteen Rings
The Evolution

How the Work Changed

After facilitating individual client readings, clearings, and SE sessions for nearly 3 years, as well as multiple family healing sessions, group healings, and workshops, I realized I was working at an unsustainable pace. I found myself at a point where I was feeling depleted, exhausted, and unable to share the unique healing abilities I had discovered and honed over the last 20 years.

It was disappointing to say the least — I was disappointed in myself and disillusioned with healing work in general. I didn't know what else to do, so I took a break. I retreated into my full time corporate real estate background and tried to regroup, reset, and figure out how to continue to do this work. It is and always has been important to me to be in service of the healing I can do; I feel a responsibility with this knowledge to reach as many people as possible.

The revelation came about a year after the reset break. I was divinely and definitively guided to look towards the collective and deliver channeled messages for all to facilitate collective healing in both our bodies and our spirits.

Collective Healing

"We are all walking each other home."
— RAM DASS

When we gather with or hold a shared intention to heal or shift the energy around a person, place, thing, or event, the dynamic of the group opens layers we can't reach alone. Even if you've done deep work on your own, know that gathering with others makes available a layer of healing that is specific to the people present with you.

The healing operates in a fractal — the exponential effect of the healing reverberates through countless channels and creates new timelines and realities for individuals and the collective.

This may be hard to visualize, which leads to the central piece of this — trust. Trust that you being in that particular time and space, with those particular human beings working and healing in the same moment, is cosmic determination.

I have always believed that who you are authentically is needed in this world. The understanding of this deepens when we think about the collective impact we have as individuals who are aware that their own learning and healing is not solely an individual endeavor, but a part of something larger for our fellow beings.

"There is a vitality, an energy, a quickening that is translated through you into action, and because there is only one of you in all time, this expression is unique. And if you block it, it will never exist through any other medium and will be lost. The world will not have it. It is not your business to determine how good it is nor how valuable nor how it compares with other expressions. It is your business to keep it yours clearly and directly, to keep the channel open."
Martha Graham
What I'm Building Now

The Work I'm Currently Doing

In service of this guidance, I am working to curate the Thirteen Rings YouTube Channel and Thirteen Rings Substack into learning and resource databases.

In these spaces, you will find information that supports the understanding that everyone has consistent and reliable access to their intuitive abilities in a way that feels comfortable, solid, reachable, and trustworthy.

Being present in your body gives you stronger, more layered access to your unique psychic abilities. And the understanding of what it means to be present is itself informed by how we experience the systems we exist in.

This is not just about intuitive connection. There is a level of integration of the psychic wisdom we receive when connected — the integration of intuitive information to advance the growth and evolution of the individual and the collective.

Take what is useful from these sources and use it to build your integration muscles, be healthier, be more present, understand yourself and your place in the world, be more connected to your unique psychic wisdom, and experience more joy.

Kelly Campbell — early life
My Story

A Lifelong Knowing

The first time I remember being reminded I was psychic was when I was 8 years old. I say being reminded because I knew much earlier that I was psychic — I just didn't know my experience was any different than anyone else. When I figured out it was very different, it meant I was very different too. Being different in this way scared me, and I disconnected from that wisdom. It took until my mid-twenties for me to even look in that direction again.

Once I was willing to open back up intuitively, I struggled for the next 10 years or so to determine what was psychic wisdom and guidance and what was fear, sadness, shame, and guilt.

It took another 10 years to decipher the language of intuition — spoiler: it is not the language any of us speak in the physical realm most of the time — and become familiar with the unique voice of my own psychic wisdom. At the same time, I was discovering how my psychic abilities manifested, how I could use them for myself, and how I could use them in service of something larger than me.

I have spent the last 10 years exploring, learning, honing, and sharpening my psychic wisdom to help myself and others move through the world in a healthier, more powerful, more joyful, more present, and more authentic way of being.

At this moment, and at any moment, I am a work in progress, as I continue to process and integrate my human experience so that I can be the clearest, most effective channel for healing myself and others.

About Thirteen Rings

The Mission

Thirteen Rings exists at the confluence of somatic integration and psychic evolution to create a clear channel for psychic wisdom, translating the ethereal into the embodied and making psychic awakening accessible to everyone, while envisioning personal transformation in service to a collective contribution.

Core Values

Everything I Do Is an Expression of These

01 Respect +
Respect as Meeting People Where They Are

Every person willing to engage in this work deserves full honesty and full presence. That means being direct in a way that is both truthful and compassionate — no softening of difficult truths, no withholding of hard information, no managing of someone's experience to make it easier. It also means meeting people where they actually are. No one starts from the same place; the inequity between bodies, histories, and access to safety is real, and respect requires holding that complexity without flattening it and meeting each person in their actual moment rather than one we assume for them.

Respect for the Body's Intelligence

Our bodies' responses to real experiences are intelligent responses. The body is not an obstacle; the nervous system is not broken. Respecting this intelligence means never overriding the body's wisdom with a technique or a timeline.

Respect as Accountability

We are working in relation with others, even when we are working on our own individual growth and evolution. We are committed to considering impact, participating in difficult conversations, and engaging in repair when necessary.

02 Irreverence +
Irreverence as the Methodology

Thirteen Rings exists specifically because the conventional containers were not designed to integrate nervous system and somatic work and psychic development as one unified practice. We refuse to shrink the work to fit a box that was designed by limitations or broken systems. The path here does not follow a linear protocol. It does not separate the spiritual from the somatic, the psychic from the physical, the personal from the political. It does not pretend that healing is tidy or that evolution is comfortable. The work is unorthodox because the truth of how transformation actually happens is unorthodox — and dressing it up in conventional language would be a lie.

Irreverence as Self-Knowledge

Being unruly leads to a hard-won understanding of what is actually needed. The willingness to be unruly is itself a product of the work. You cannot teach self-trust by performing palatability and complicity.

Irreverence as Permission

Part of what Thirteen Rings offers is implicit permission to trust what your body knows even when it doesn't make sense, to take your psychic experience seriously even when the world tells you not to, and to pursue evolution in your own time and space even when the path is unclear. The unorthodox nature of this work is a signal that unruliness is not a problem to be managed. It is a capacity to be developed.

03 Discernment +
Discernment as Clarity in Action

Trust without discernment is just openness, and openness without discernment leaves you exposed to whatever is loudest rather than whatever is true. Discernment is how self-trust becomes a practice: the capacity to receive cleanly, assess honestly, and know in your body what is yours and what is not. When the body has regulated and the noise has cleared, the signal comes through — and discernment becomes possible: choosing and acting from intention rather than reaction.

Discernment as Protection

Not everything that comes through is meant for you, and not every energy that enters your field is aligned with your growth. Discernment is the capacity to receive information clearly, assess it honestly, and tell the difference between fear and wisdom. That capacity lives in a nervous system resilient enough to hold it.

Discernment as Deliberate Pacing

You cannot access your intuition in a dysregulated body. Discernment allows you to move at a pace within your capacity instead of spinning out or shutting down in response to the dysregulation. It is what becomes possible when the nervous system is no longer running the show from a survival posture and when there is enough groundedness to choose and act from intention rather than reaction.

Discernment as Self-Trust Made Operational

Trust requires a clear signal. Discernment is how self-trust becomes a practice rather than a feeling. It is the muscle that lets you know, in your body, what is yours and what is not.

04 Authenticity +
Authenticity as the Non-Negotiable Entry Point

The work of Thirteen Rings begins with the premise that your authentic self — unruly, complex, embodied, and evolving — is not a problem to be refined before you show up. It is the whole point. Authentic expression is its own form of alignment and is the condition under which the real work becomes possible.

Authenticity as What the Body Already Knows

When something is authentic, the body registers it as known, as resonant, as real. When something is not, the body knows that too. Learning to read that signal and trust it completely, and to let it guide decisions — this is both the practice and the outcome of this work. Authenticity, in this framework, is what becomes available when you stop overriding what your body already knows.

Authenticity as What Makes the Working Space Safe

A completely safe and reliable setting for discovery requires authenticity at its foundation. People can feel the difference between a practitioner who is performing safety and one who has done the work, is doing the work, and brings that lived experience into the room. This work is not being offered from the outside; it is being offered from inside the same process. That is what makes it trustworthy.

05 Justice & Liberation +
Liberation as What Becomes Possible in a Regulated Body

You cannot work towards and achieve liberation in a dysregulated body. You cannot dismantle what you cannot see clearly. The work of getting present in the body — of grounding, orienting, building tolerance for discomfort without dissociating from it — is not separate from the work of individual and collective liberation; it is the foundation of it. A person who can feel their own activation and release it, who can trust their intuition completely — that person moves through the world differently. They make different choices. They hold different lines.

Justice as Acknowledgment Before Action

We are operating in social, political, and economic systems that actively and deliberately encourage dysregulation. People do not all start at the same baseline when it comes to nervous system regulation. Different bodies, different histories, and different levels of access to safety produce fundamentally different starting points. Justice, in this framework, is equity. It means acknowledging that the work of regulation is harder for some bodies than others, that the systems people are navigating are real and not imagined, and that healing is not a personal failure or a personal achievement. It is always happening inside a context that must be named and honored.

Liberation as the Fractal Principle Made Political

When individual healing fractals outward into collective transformation, personal transformation becomes a contribution to something larger. A person who has renegotiated their trauma, who has rewired their nervous system, who has accessed their own psychic wisdom and learned to trust it completely — that person does not return to the same relationships, the same dynamics, or the same systems unchanged. The dysregulation that comes from reverence for broken systems is no longer tolerable in this rebirthed body.

Justice as Decolonizing the Healing Space Itself

The people this work is for are ready to decolonize from capitalism, patriarchy, and other systems and structures of supremacy. The healing and spiritual development industries are not exempt from those systems. They replicate them constantly — in who gets to be an expert, in what counts as legitimate knowledge, in who is expected to manipulate their shape into something "acceptable" to be taken seriously. Thirteen Rings exists at the intersection of somatic integration and psychic evolution precisely because that intersection refuses the conventional parameters.

Justice as the Reason This Work Is Not Solely Individual

This is not solely an individual endeavor. We have a responsibility to take care of ourselves so we can take care of others appropriately, and within our individual capacity as a community. That framing rejects both the individualism of conventional wellness — heal yourself and that's enough — and the self-erasure of conventional activism — sacrifice yourself for the collective. The work of Thirteen Rings holds both. Take care of yourself with the full understanding that your healing has a direction, a reach, and a responsibility that extends beyond you.

I Also Believe

Declarations

I have done work in the Somatic Justice space with Staci Haines by way of her Politics of Trauma course. As part of the course, we were asked to create Declarations of Commitment to a desired future. Because the commitment is inside of an embodied transformational context, the specific language of "I am a commitment to" solidifies that embodied actions are what fulfill that commitment.

I am a commitment to individual and collective rebirth through psychic integration

This looks like never shutting up about the connection between the physical, energetic, and quantum bodies and providing resources, teachings, and instruction for this integration process.

I am a commitment to JOY as defiance, as a taste, as a sense, as an experience, as a memory, as a person, as an animal, as movement, as the earth, as the Universe

This looks like dancing and encouraging others to dance, enjoying a beautiful river, or a satisfying meal, or a beautiful moment with a loved one, creating opportunities for others to experience joy, and relishing in celebration for no reason.

I am a commitment to all beings having multiple abundant resources for comfort and safety

This looks like donating time and/or money to causes that support BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, animal welfare organizations, and political causes that resonate with my values.

This looks like providing sliding scale pricing for any offerings I produce.

This looks like running Thirteen Rings with an intersectional feminist and social justice informed praxis.

Credentials

What I Bring to This Work

I bring to this work a certification as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner through Somatic Experiencing International, as well as a Registered Yoga Teacher designation RYT-200 through the Yoga Alliance — I was a studio owner and teacher for three years. Although I no longer teach, I still practice yoga and try to follow the 8-fold path in my own life.

For the last 30 years, astrology has been one of my languages of choice in a universal space, and I have regularly incorporated astrological placements, concepts, and transits into my speaking, writing, and session work.

I'd also be remiss not to mention my 25 years of experience in commercial real estate finance — I have been relatively successful in this career and am extremely grateful that it has supported me during this personal discovery process.

Lastly: I was born a psychic medium and channeler and have spent the last 20 years figuring out the puzzle of how it works and how to use it. I am hopeful that my experience significantly cuts your time trying to find your missing puzzle pieces and fast tracks your integration process. You can count on me for razor sharp insight, confidence in you and your abilities, honesty, and warmth. I'm also damn funny and it honestly makes things less heavy a lot of the time.
